  • Each week I present the class with a Mindfulness lesson. 
  • The lesson can be anywhere from 15-25 minutes depending on the teacher and how much time is allowed.
  • We start each lesson off with 1-2 minutes of meditation to set the tone of the practice. 
  • At the end of the lesson I always present a Mindful challenge for the students to practice in between sessions. 
  • Each week I check in with the students to see how they are practicing Mindfulness outside of the classroom.

  • Apply the skill to their everyday life
  • Be a part of a close community we create within the classroom together
