- Each week I present the class with a Mindfulness lesson.
- The lesson can be anywhere from 15-25 minutes depending on the teacher and how much time is allowed.
- We start each lesson off with 1-2 minutes of meditation to set the tone of the practice.
- At the end of the lesson I always present a Mindful challenge for the students to practice in between sessions.
- Each week I check in with the students to see how they are practicing Mindfulness outside of the classroom.


- Engage in a weekly meditation practice
- Learn a different Mindfulness skill
- Apply the skill to their everyday life
- Be a part of a close community we create within the classroom together
